100 gr of chunky yarn

US 15, Cable Needle or DPN

Pattern Instructions

This cowl is knit inside-out, with the stitch pattern on the inside.

CO 60
Knit a rib, K4, P4, until the piece is 4".
In row 5 k2, YO 1, ssk and continue with rib (this makes bottonhole)
In row 10 k2, YO 1, ssk

When the piece is 4", Put a marker and join in round. To join, sleep 4 sts of previous row to dpn and hold in back of 4sts on left needle. Knit 1 st of left needle with 1 st of dpn. Continue knitting until marker. You have 56 stitches in the round. Start "Trinity stitch" :

Row 1 (always WS) :  *(k1, p1, k1) into same st; p3tog;* rep from *

Row 2 : knit

Row 3 :  *p3tog; (k1, p1, k1) into same st;* rep from *.

Row 4 : knit

Continue in "Trinity Stitch" until this part measures 6"" (or more, as you like)

Knit a rib, K4, P4, until the piece is 2". Cast off.

Sew buttons, try it and enjoy it and don't forget to send me a picture if you do it!
